Leanne Eicoff

Leanne Eicoff serves as a Managing Director for Commercial Loan Direct, focusing on high net worth clients, complex commercial real estate transactions, and portfolio transactions. She also oversees all lending relationships for the Commercial Loan Direct platform.

Leanne came to Commercial Loan Direct with a strong financial and legal background, including experience in real estate investment and returns analysis, Bank M&A, special assets, real estate law, underwriting, and lending. She has worked at large, mid-size, and boutique firms, bringing a unique skill set to CLD and its clients.

Leanne works closely with CLD’s clients in order to help them assess their commercial real estate properties/portfolios, clarify their investment strategies, and benchmark their future goals. She believes that understanding the whole picture—both the client and the property(ies)—is critical to acting in the best interest of CLD’s clients. By thoroughly explaining topics that are specific to each request, Ms. Eicoff hopes to win not only the business, but also the trust of the clients.

About Leanne

Leanne was born in Ocala, Florida, where she learned hard work and dedication by working on her family’s farms. After attending an international boarding school to advance her studies, she ended up living and working in Atlanta while finishing her BA, MBA, and JD at Emory University.

Hobbies

Leanne was a dancer from early childhood into adulthood and is passionate about outdoor recreational activities (especially hiking, snowboarding, and yoga). She also volunteers at several animal rescue organizations and fosters and trains dogs in her free time. When not outdoors, you can usually find her researching a topic she finds interesting or learning a new skill or hobby.
